Tackled this last week. Makes a big difference!!! So clean!! Not bad for 232K kms. Here’s the before pics. It hadn’t been cleaned in 3 years and was thoroughly gross.

That looks a lot better. Cleaned up real well. I need to repaint the block. Summer project for sure, along with repainting rocker panels. At least I did my quarters last year. It never ends.

I finally got around to this last year, right around the time Tavarish’s article was posted. It hadn’t been done in years, and looked a lot better after the wash. Timely, too. I soon had to replace the water pump, and the job was much more pleasant without so much baked-on grease.

Nice. So simple to do. I didn’t follow any of tavarish’s recommended steps lol. I just sprayed degreaser everywhere, and then put a bag over the intae and sprayed away. My battery was still attached. It wored after so I guess it didn’t matter. lol.
